The village of East Leake sits within the Rushcliffe district of Nottinghamshire, and is located on the Kingston Brook. The village boasts quite a heritage with the historic St. Mary's Church at the heart of the settlement. East Leake started to grow with the introduction of the manufacture of plasterboard by British Gypsum in around 1880.
