Wanting to sell but not sure where to start during the Coronavirus lock down?
Talk to us and try our virtual valuation service!
(Valuing your home from our homes . . . well it is different!)
Getting to market is usually the final step after a conducting a series of ‘fact finding’ missions . . .
· Which agent to choose?
· What services are on offer?
· What will it cost to move?
and . . .
· How much is my house worth?
Until you are comfortable with the answers to all these questions you will not be ready to fully market your property.
This is a time where, even with all this uncertainty, we can help you with your ‘fact finding’ and we are on call to advise on all of the above.
We have put systems in place to help you get that bit closer towards being market ready.
Yes, there are instant valuation tools, Zoopla estimation tools and Nationwide Price Calculators but why not, whilst in ‘lock down’, try our virtual valuation service.
Stage 1. Book a virtual valuation appointment with one of our home working sales negotiators who will connect you to one of our local valuers.
Show us around your home in a way that suits you:
· Face Time
· Zoom
· Take a video
· Send some photos.
With our expertise of the local area and after a good chat, we will be able to advise you on your properties price range.
Once completed you will receive our free marketing appraisal guide complete with a local market comparable report.
Stage 2. Now you have a guide on property price, you can:
· Speak with our mortgage advisor to find out about affordability.
· Get conveyancing quotes from solicitors
· Start the search for your new property. Register your criteria on our applicant data base, Rightmove and Zoopla and start compiling a viewing list of your favourite properties.
Then once all of this is over you will be a stage or two ahead of the other buyers and sellers, giving you the advantage in what we envisage to be quite a competitive market.
Stage 3. The formal visit and 'face to face' meeting when restrictions are lifted. The valuer will visit you at your property, discuss the marketing price and options available to you, take photos and measurements for marketing and then we will be really ready to get you moving.
