Sinclair Estate Agents are an independent family run firm based in Leicestershire, who are on the lookout for a driven individual who is looking for a Sales Negotiator for our Charnwood office, based in Sileby.
The selected candidate will be professional, personable and have a desire to deliver a high level of customer service.
Experience is preferred in the Estate Agent industry
Responsibilities
- Arranging property valuations
- Arranging property viewings
- Progression of the sales to achieve an efficient completion
- Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets
- Identifying and maximising business opportunities
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
- Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Completing daily administrative duties
Required Skills
- A willingness to learn and a passion for Property
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Enjoy working both individually and part of a team
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills
- Flexible approach to working both inside and outside of the office environment
- Hold a full valid UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
- Customer focused at all times
- A good knowledge of the local area
Working hours :
Sinclair standard working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm and every other Saturday 9am-1pm.
Part and full time hours considered.
