Pete was born in Leicester, raised and educated in Charnwood so he knows the area inside and out. Having worked in the Charnwood property market since 2000 (and all that time at Sinclair), he has acquired a wealth of knowledge in both Residential Sales and Lettings.
Living in Barrow upon Soar with Sue and his two girls Millie and Daisy and with his step daughter Yasmin in Loughborough, Pete is ideally located to our Charnwood office in Sileby and the Shepshed office which covers those Leicestershire villages towards Nottingham. Over the years he has developed a real skill of promoting property to it’s best with an eye for photography and attention to detail, you will not be disappointed. Pete really specialises in the ‘village’ property market, successfully selling all manner of property styles from ‘maisonettes to mansions’, with no bias towards any property style or location.
The ethos of our independent and family run business is of high importance to Pete and is the primary reason why he and the company marry together so well.

Rhiannon Roulston
General Manager
Rhi has spent nearly 20 years in the estate agency business, working for Sinclair for 15 of those and has obtained a wealth and varied amount of knowledge mainly surrounding the Lettings aspects of Estate Agency. She started as a lettings administrator and has covered all areas of the role, working her way to management level at which she has been working for the last 8 years. Working for an independent, family run business is important to Rhi and her desire to achieve excellent customer service across all areas of the business. She really enjoys speaking with clients and providing advise based on her vast experience and local knowledge and tailoring our service to ensure that clients walk away happy.
Rhi was born in Coalville, moved to Loughborough and settled with her husband and 2 children in Shepshed 8 years ago. At the weekends she spends most of her time watching her son play football and out walking with the family and her labradoodle dog called Loki.

Louise Hetterley
Property Manager
Louise has spent all of her working life within the Property Industry and has re-joined the Sinclair family after a few years working at a nationwide lettings company. Louise loves providing a personal service and Sinclair offers the opportunity to deal with clients on a more individual basis.
Louise was born and raised in Sileby and now lives on the edge of the village. When away from work, Louise loves to spend time with her two Grandchildren usually playing games and visiting the park! She also loves walking and getting together with friends whilst enjoying a glass or two of the good stuff !
Likes: Christmas, get togethers and Hugh Jackman.
Dislikes: Filling the car with petrol, reality shows and fish.

Emma has over 16 years of experience in the estate agency business. She started as a lettings administrator and has covered all areas in the role, more recently moving into a sales role. Emma joined Sinclair in 2022 and made her mark very early on with excellent client feedback and reviews; immediately fitting in with the company and how we like to operate - approachable, friendly and professional. Emma likes to deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring that she creates long lasting relationships with our clients.

Property Manager
With over 5 years in the property industry, Zoe strives to exceed the expectations of her clients time after time. After working in the corporate world of Estate Agency, Zoe joined Sinclair in 2022, drawn by the local, family run approach meaning that she can concentrate on her main focus – customer service.
Mainly covering Lettings, Zoe always goes above and beyond to ensure her Landlords and Tenants are happy with their experience with Sinclair and will always provide professional helpful advice to anyone that needs it.
Zoe was born in Shepshed and found herself now living here with her young daughter. At the weekends, Zoe loves spending time with her family, watching her daughter in dance shows and socialising with friends.
